Abstract |
The article analyzes the historical aspects of the development of legal regulation of economic relations in the Russian Federation. It is shown that in Soviet times the constitutional foundations of the economic system were based on the denial of the right to private property, competition and other principles of the market economy. The new economic policy contributed to the formation of a complex industry - commercial law, the development of private law principles. But even such a truncated approach in a certain historical period began to be viewed as hostile to the Soviet regime. His supporters in the 30s. last century were repressed. With the adoption of the new Constitution in 1993 and the change in the vector of socio-political development, the search for new principles for regulating the economic sphere has become more relevant. At present, a new concept of the mega-industry is proposed - economic law, based on the nomenclature of types of economic activity and the inadmissibility of the government making biased economic decisions. |
